Cancellations/changes to orders

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours or sometimes 48 hours during peak times (holiday periods and sales). Please let us know as soon as possible, even if it has surpassed the time frame in case we can still sort something out : )

 

Shipping

Outside of Australia: 

We are now trialing international orders through our website!

No taxes or fees are collected by us. Any required taxes and fees are to be paid by the customer when the package reaches customs. Customs will contact you directly to collect payment.

 

Within Australia:

All shipping options have tracking.


Free shipping for orders over $120 in Australia


Standard within Australia (2 to 8 business days): $10.60 / $14.50 depending on weight 

Express within Australia (1 to 4 business days): $14.10 / $18.50 depending on weight

       

      Refunds

      We cannot refund or exchange items if they are the wrong size as they are handmade to order. If you need help choosing a size, please contact us, we are more than happy to help you pick the right size. Please note as our items are handmade, there may be a slight difference in measurements, we always check before we send them off to ensure it is as close as possible (to ensure it isn’t more than a 1cm difference) 

      Of course, if your items have a fault or are damaged, please contact us. They will need to be sent back (at your cost) and inspected. If found to be faulty or damaged, you will receive a refund on the postage paid to return it to us and you can choose either to receive a refund on the item/s or get a replacement.
